Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Glasgow is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in Glasgow, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we determine that our services are not appropriate for you based on clinical assessment. Our prescribers and pharmacists make all clinical decisions at their sole professional discretion.
All consultations are completed via our secure online platform. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee the issuing of a prescription. A qualified prescriber will review your consultation, and a GPhC-registered pharmacist will approve all prescriptions before dispensing.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may put your health at risk and may constitute fraud. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated on the prescription. We are unable to dispense expired prescriptions.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been approved and your prescription has been clinically verified by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that your delivery address is secure. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged after a confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medication, in accordance with medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.
If your consultation is declined by our prescriber, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee within 5–10 working days.
Consultation fees may be non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of the outcome.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. The information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
Weight loss medications carry risks. Our prescribers will assess your suitability, but it is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and to seek urgent medical attention if you experience any adverse effects.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
